
Introducing the latest in our ‘5 Minutes Interview Series’. This month we spoke to Benjamin Shamash, our Front End Developer. He shares his favourite UniLIVE feature, three words that sum up UniLED, and tells us about his dream dinner guest.
What’s your role at UniLED?
I’m a front-end software engineer. I’m responsible for displaying data in our platform and developing and maintaining our product features.
What initially attracted you to working in OOH?
I enjoy the challenge of developing systems that simplify and improve campaign management for our clients. It’s rewarding to create tools that streamline processes and make their lives easier.
What do you believe is the biggest opportunity for the DOOH industry to grow its share of adspend?
The key challenge is proving campaign effectiveness. By leveraging real-time data and smart technology, DOOH can deliver more targeted and effective ads, to attract more ad spend, and demonstrate its value.
What is your favourite UniLIVE feature and why?
Our campaign scheduling feature! The tech behind it is complex, and we’ve recently made significant improvements – making it a rewarding challenge.
How would you describe UniLED in 3 words?
Supportive, Diligent, Vibrant
If you could have dinner with any famous individual, living or deceased – who would it be?
Shinichi Hirono, President of Shueisha – because I need to know when the new Dragon Ball Super episodes are coming! It’s been six long years!
